Polyaspartic Flooring

Engineered for next-level impact resistance, zero yellowing, and ultra-fast installations. Cures in hours so you can return to normal service within 24 hours.

High-Performance Quick-Curing Polyurea

Traditional epoxy flooring can take 5 to 7 days to fully cure before you can park vehicles. For busy households and operational commercial businesses, that level of downtime is unacceptable. Polyaspartic coatings solve this by dry-curing in as little as 2 hours.

At Gotham Floor Systems, our polyaspartic coatings provide a high-tensile, flexible membrane that chemically interlocks with diamond-ground concrete, delivering a stain-proof, scratch-proof layer that is four times more wear-resistant than standard epoxy.

Benefits of Polyaspartic Coatings

Combining extreme durability, temperature flexibility, and same-day installation, polyaspartics represent the premium choice in concrete coatings.

24-Hour Return to Service

Our rapid-curing formulas allow walk-on traffic in 4–6 hours and complete vehicle parking within 24 hours of installation, saving days of wait time.

100% UV Stable & Color Fast

Traditional epoxies yellow and chalk under sun exposure. Polyaspartics are entirely UV-stable, ensuring your patios, pool surrounds, and garage aprons never discolor.

Elastomeric Flex & Adhesion

Polyaspartic material elongates up to 300%, absorbing thermal freeze-thaw expansion and concrete vibrations without cracking, peeling, or delaminating.

Polyaspartic Systems

Solid Color Industrial

Clean, high-performance solid color topcoat built for heavy industrial shipping bays, aircraft hangars, and warehouse facilities.

Decorative Flake Seal

Clear polyaspartic topcoat applied over decorative flake patterns. Provides extreme wear sealing and textured safety grip.

Quartz Sand Topcoat

Heavy broadcast seal over quartz systems in wet commercial kitchens, chemical spaces, and bathroom facilities.

How Polyaspartic Curing Works

Polyaspartic coatings are a highly specialized subset of polyurea technology. The material is formed by reacting an aliphatic polyisocyanate with a polyaspartic ester (a sterically hindered amine). This molecular hindrance controls the reaction rate, giving installers enough working time to roll out the floor while triggering a rapid polymerization process. Unlike traditional epoxies that rely on ambient warmth to cure, polyaspartics react chemically regardless of cold winter temperatures, allowing flawless winter installations down to 0°F.
