Epoxy Flooring Systems

High-build, multi-layer polymer coatings that provide exceptional durability, chemical resistance, and a seamless, high-gloss finish built for extreme daily wear.

High-Performance Protective Barriers

Raw concrete is naturally porous, prone to staining, and generates concrete dust through traffic abrasion. Our professional epoxy flooring systems cure into an incredibly dense polymer barrier that completely seals and protects the underlying concrete slab.

Using 100% solids commercial-grade epoxies, we create a high-build, seamless membrane that permanently bonds with diamond-ground concrete, transforming dull floors into highly reflective, premium surfaces.

Benefits of Epoxy Flooring

Epoxy flooring is the industry gold standard for concrete sealing and protection, delivering unmatched longevity and durability.

High Adhesion & Strength

Our deep-penetrating primers fuse into the open pores of concrete, ensuring an unbreakable mechanical bond that prevents delamination and handles vehicle loads.

Chemical Resistance

Epoxy coatings create a water-tight barrier that prevents engine oils, road salt, automotive fluids, and harsh industrial solvents from staining or corroding the slab.

Lowest Maintenance Costs

Seamless surfaces eliminate joints where dust, dirt, and oil pool. Routine upkeep requires only basic sweeping and mop scrubbing to keep floors looking brand new.

Epoxy System Types

Solid Color Epoxy

Seamless, uniform finish with premium pigment. Ideal for commercial basements, mechanical rooms, industrial manufacturing shops, and garages.

High-Build Clear Coat

Thick protective clear seal highlighting raw concrete character or reinforcing decorative systems. Offers supreme abrasion defense.

Chemical-Resistant Novolac

Engineered epoxy for extreme chemical exposure, resisting highly corrosive acids and solvents in labs and industrial chemical areas.

The Cross-Linking Process

Epoxy coatings do not dry like conventional paints. Instead, they cure through a chemical reaction between two liquid components: an epoxy resin (Part A) and a polyamine hardener (Part B). When combined, these compounds chemically react to form cross-linked polymer chains. This cross-linking creates a highly rigid, dense structure that chemically fuses with diamond-ground concrete pores. This permanent fusion is the key to preventing hot tire peeling and ensuring industrial-grade lifespan.
